"**Second time leaving this review due to it being removed.** Super incompetent people.. especially Ariana. Didn’t try to investigate an error they made. My policy terminated because of my fault, but they refuse to admit that they failed to put my card on autopay when asked multiple times. Also Linda Antonetti deletes bad reviews 🤣talk about insecure people that don’t know how to handle their business! As I previously stated, I acknowledge why it was terminated. My issue is with the staff that refuse to admit they were told many times to add my card on autopay when I have proof of my confirmation to add it. Can you admit it was the staff’s mistake to not set up my card?"
